How do I place a pre-order?

To ensure a smooth pre-order process, please follow these easy steps:

  1. Browse our Signature Collection and select the style that catches your eye.
  2. Choose your top size and pant size from the available options.
  3. Click "Add to Bag," and look for the "Pre-order item" label on your item.
  4. Proceed to checkout, where you'll be prompted to confirm your contact details and delivery address.
  5. Select your preferred payment method and review your order details.
  6. Once you're ready, finalise your order.
  7. Keep an eye on your inbox for an email confirmation of your order.

What are your payment options?

We offer a variety of payment options to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer payment options through Afterpay and Klarna.

When will my pre-order be delivered?

When browsing an item that is available for pre-order, you'll notice a message above the "Pre-Order" button that provides an estimated delivery date.

We understand that knowing when you can expect to receive your purchase is important, and we aim to keep you informed every step of the way.

After you've placed your pre-order, please keep an eye on your email inbox for updates regarding your order status and expected delivery dates.

How can I track my pre-order?

Once you've successfully placed your pre-order, you'll receive a confirmation email from us. Once your order is ready to ship, you'll receive an email from our logistics partner, Sendle, containing all the necessary information about your package, including tracking details and expected delivery date.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Unfortunately, once a pre-order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. We recommend that you carefully review your order before placing your pre-order.

How can I update my pre-order?

We understand that sometimes changes happen, and we're here to help. If there are any details that have changed since you initially placed your pre-order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at hello@archersleepwear.com.au with your order ID and information about the changes. Our team will do their best to accommodate your request to ensure your pre-order is as seamless as possible.

How secure is the pre-order payment process?

Our sizing has been custom made to fit the bodies of curvy women, so you can feel confident and comfortable in your sleepwear.
